Photo Upload Information

There are a few things to bear in mind when opting to choose a photo upload product as a gift. Please take the time to read through the following points to ensure the perfect photo gift.

 

How do I upload a photo to personalise a gift?

You can find our full range of photo upload gifts by clicking here. Any products with personalised options (including photo upload) will be clearly displayed. With our simple step-by-step process, you can create a “beeyoutiful” gift in minutes!

Is your photo a high-resolution photo?

We recommend that you upload high resolution images only. We recommend all images to be 300dpi and no less than 1000 pixels in height or width. Most digital cameras and smart phones will easily take photos large enough. However, images saved from 3rd party websites (eg. Instagram or Facebook) can be too small or an incompatible file format. Therefore, we ask you to upload the original file to the website or e-mail it over to us alongside your order number.

Can I ask a member of your team to check my image before processing the order?

We aim to review the quality of all images before personalisation, however, during busy periods this can take up quite a lot of our time. To sum it up, the better the quality of the image, the better the quality of the print on the product. We ask that if you wish a member of our team to check the quality of your uploaded photo or image, to leave a note on your order and we would be happy to do so.

Is your photo a .jpg file format?

We recommend you upload .jpg format files. If your photo is not a .jpg file then we recommend you to open it in the standard picture viewing software on your computer and save it again in the correct format.

I have noticed a mistake with my personalisation. Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

As soon as you notice a mistake, please contact us by using either our Contact Us form or via e-mail (beeyoutifulgifts@gmail.com). We ask that you state your order number so we can quickly find your order and make any necessary changes.

Please note that if your order has already been processed (usually within 30 minutes of ordering), we may not be able to change or cancel your order.

Can I return a personalised product?

We do not accept the return of any personalised products unless they are faulty. We always ask that you contact us before returning any items. You can contact us via our Contact Us form or via e-mail (beeyoutifulgifts@gmail.com).
