1) I have e-mailed you but nobody has replied.

We’re sorry that you haven’t received a reply yet, we know it’s frustrating.

Have you checked your email junk folder? Sometimes e-mails from us are automatically filed in your junk folder (depending upon the e-mail provider you use, this folder may be called ‘spam’) so it’s worth checking there.

We try to reply to emails within 48 hours and we’re sorry if it’s been longer than this. Please get in touch with us again and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.

Please note that we may be away from our e-mails over weekends to spend time with our young family and also over festive periods. We do try to keep you updated as to when we're away and appreciate your patience!

2) What are your Christmas opening times?

We are an online store only so our online shop is open 24/7. You are welcome to browse and purchase from us and we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Of course, there will be times when we are not available to answer queries/e-mails, process and post orders.

Our team will be unavailable on:

  • Sunday 24th December 2023
  • Monday 25th December 2023
  • Tuesday 26th December 2023

We will respond to e-mails, process orders and post on our return.

4) Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We currently do not have any physical stores under our brand name or any in-store distributors of our products. We are an online store only, but watch this space!
