Order Queries
1) I've placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation e-mail.
Sometimes emails from us will automatically go into your e-mail junk folder (depending upon the e-mail provider you use, this folder may be called ‘spam’ or 'junk') so you might find your confirmation email there. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, please contact us and we’ll check your order on our system. We’ll re-send the confirmation email to you, so you’ll know your order has been processed.
Please contact us before re-ordering your personalised gift in case the first order has already been processed - we don’t want to charge you twice!
2) Can I add to my order?
Unfortunately, we can't add products to your order once it's been confirmed, so you'll need to create another order.
If we are able to, we will dispatch multiple orders as one, so they arrive together for you.

3) What are your cut off times?
For same day dispatch (excluding weekends), we ask you to place your order by 12pm*.
This allows us to have time to design, make and package your order.
We drop all items off at our local Sorting Office so we do adhere to our daily cut off times.

4) Can I cancel or edit my order?
We aim to start to process orders almost immediately after payment. Therefore, you must contact us ASAP so we can try and cancel the order before it goes into production.
Once you have received the "Order Processing" e-mail, we are no longer able to accept any edits to orders. We also cannot cancel it.
Please make sure you double check for any mistakes before you pay.
