1) Why isn't my discount code working?

The code you have entered maybe invalid, expired or spelt incorrectly.

For most of our discount codes, you must be logged into your account using the e-mail address you signed up with.

If you're still struggling, don't hesitate to contact us.

2) 15% Discount Code - Valid for 12 Months

Here at Beeyoutiful Gifts, we love to give back to our customers. For a limited time only, we are offering our customers, both old and new, a unique voucher code to save 15% off ALL* future orders.

How do I apply?

Easy! All YOU need to do is:

1. Click "Login or Register" at the top of the page, right hand corner.2. At the bottom of the "login" form, you will see "Not got an account? Create one". Click the hyperlink.3. Fill in the form with your First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address and Password.

4. Read and check the "I have read and agreed the Terms & Conditions" box.

5. Click "Register".

Receiving the Code

We will then receive a notification that you have registered for an account. We will apply a unique discount code to your account for 15% off which will be valid for unlimited uses over the year. Your code will be applied within 24 hours and you will receive an e-mail to confirm it's been set up for you.

Using the Discount Code

The code will be automatically applied to all of your future orders at the checkout. However, if a better discount code comes along, feel free to remove your unique code and add the alternative code.

If the code does not automatically apply itself, simply copy and paste it from your e-mail. You must be logged in with the same e-mail address you registered with for the code to work.

Your unique discount code:

• Is only valid for orders placed online.
• Is applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general T&C's.
• Must be entered into the field at the checkout for the discount to be deducted from the order.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code. Only one discount code can be applied to any order.
  
• Cannot be shared with other people, as the code is attached to your account.

Please note:

• Multibuy/Special offer items are excluded from the offer but full priced items are included.
• Items already reduced on the website are excluded from the offer.
• Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
• We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion is invalid.
  
• Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
• In the event of product returns (agreed in advance; following T&C's regarding returns and refunds), refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase with applied discount. NOT the RRP of the item.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3) Can I use more than one discount code at the checkout?

Unfortunately not! There is a limit of one discount code per order.

Although you'll find many discount codes which are one use per customer, here at Beeyoutiful Gifts, we offer a range of muti-use discount codes. This includes the individual 15% Discount Codes valid for 12 months from sign up and also our "Thank You" discount codes which are inside every order!
