When do you process orders?
We process orders Monday to Friday and we also prepare orders on Sunday. We try to keep Saturday's free throughout the year to spend time with our little ones. Please allow 1-2 working days to complete your order before posting and during busier periods this can be anywhere from 1-3 working days.
When do you post orders?
We post orders throughout Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 11am, will usually leave the following day, however during busier periods please allow extra time for your order to be made and posted.
What delivery methods do you offer?
All items are posted via Royal Mail. Your orders are posted via your chosen delivery method which you select at the checkout these include:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class
- Royal Mail 1st Class
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Royal Mail Guaranteed by 1pm*
*Please contact us first before placing your order with this delivery method. Usually if ordered early enough, we can fulfil this, however, we advise you check with us first.
What is Standard Shipping?
Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is not a trackable service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days after being processed by Royal Mail. Please allow extra time for delivery before contacting us, as occasionally delays can occur, especially during busier periods (eg. Christmas)
Will my items arrive together?
Usually, yes. We do aim to package all of your items together, however, on occasion we may send your items separately. If this is the case, we will usually be in touch to advise you.
How do I track my order?
If your item has been sent via a standard Royal Mail service (Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class) then you will not be able to track your order. If orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48/Guaranteed by 1pm then you will receive an e-mail from Royal Mail giving a tracking number and the option to track your item. If you don't receive an e-mail, please get in touch with your order number and we will send this through to you.
My order still hasn't arrived!
If your order was sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, these are untracked services. Royal Mail 1st Class is aimed to be delivered within 1-2 working days and Royal Mail 2nd Class is aimed to be delivered within 2-3 working days. However, on occasion delays can occur and we're told by Royal Mail to allow up to 10 working days from the expected delivery date for the item to arrive.
If your order was sent via a trackable service, including Royal Mail Tracked 24/48/Guaranteed by 1pm then you'll receive an e-mail from Royal Mail with the tracking number and details. You will also usually receive and estimated delivery date and timeframe.
If the item still hasn't arrived, please get in touch with your order number and we'll try our best to resolve the issue.
